DESCRIPTION:Join Janis Wille\, Expressive Arts Therapist and Sound Bath Facilitator\, for a deeply restorative 75-minute sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and support a sense of balance. Through gentle guidance and the resonant tones of voice\, drums\, gong\, crystal singing bowls\, handpan\, chimes\, and other therapeutic instruments\, this immersive experience invites you to release tension\, reconnect with your body\, and settle into a state of peaceful awareness. No experience is needed—simply come as you are and allow yourself to release and restore. Bring a yoga mat\, pillows\, blanket and anything else that would help them feel comfortable. Eye masks will be provided.
