SUMMARY:Faculty & Friends Concert: CU Boulder Trumpet Ensemble
DESCRIPTION:An Evening With the University of Colorado Boulder Trumpets \nThe award-winning University of Colorado Boulder Trumpet Ensemble will present a recital featuring content originally written for this genre as well as transcriptions of vocal\, piano\, and orchestral works by composers such as Mozart\, Debussy\, and Rimsky-Korsakov. Through success at the National Trumpet Competition and Fischoff Chamber Music Competition\, the CU Trumpet Ensemble has been a pioneer of chamber music for trumpeters. The concert should prove to be a thrilling and diverse performance and provide a glimpse into the lives of aspiring performers and educators. \nThe concert is free and open to the public. Doors open at 6:30pm. Review our current Covid guidelines.
