DESCRIPTION:This event is shared on behalf of Center faculty member Lisamarie Windwalker. \nG’Day Earth and Music Lovers! \nWe (Mystic Pulse) would like to warmly invite you to Wild Bear Nature Center’s Annual Enchanted Forest\, Saturday\, September 24th! \nMystic Pulse will be performing an hour of Celtic and Folk Music from 11am -12pm to kick off the festive enchantments of the day. \nWILD BEAR NATURE CENTER’S 21ST ANNUAL ENCHANTED FOREST IS COMING UP!\nSEPTEMBER 24TH | 11AM – 6PM \nThis is the Year of the Bear! Enjoy the magic of the fall season! Families and children of all ages take a tour on the trail and meet forest creatures (costumed characters) and learn about their natural habitats. Enjoy goodies in your goody bag\, live owls and eagles\, magic and music throughout the day. Build a fairy house and other crafts to take home\, enjoy magical performances on the stage. DESCRIPTION:This event is shared on behalf of Center faculty member Dianela Acosta.  \nPuss in Boots/Gato con Botas – by Montsalvatge \nThe perfect introduction to Opera for the whole family with the beloved fairytale of “Puss in Boots.” Xavier Montsalvatge’s take on the classic story of an ingenious and quick-witted feline with magical talents is sure to entertain the whole family. Can Puss win the princess’ hand for his master? Will he outwit the evil ogre? Don’t miss the talented Boulder Opera singers with piano accompaniment that will turn this fairytale into an afternoon of magical and adventurous opera. It will be a one hour performance\, followed by a Q&A with the cast.\nSung in Spanish with English subtitles. \nRecommended for ages 3 and up \nCenter for Musical Arts students and their families can use promo code OPERA4KIDS to save 15% on tickets.
