Preguntas frecuentes
Will there be dancing at the concert?
Unfortunately, we do not have enough space in our venue to accommodate dancing during CMA Concert Series events.
How do I purchase tickets?
The best way to purchase tickets is on our website.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets can be purchased at the door if we have availability. To avoid being disappointed, it is best to purchase tickets online in advance of the concert.
Can you put me on a waitlist?
No, we don’t offer a waitlist for sold-out concerts.
Where can I find my tickets?
Once you purchase tickets online, your tickets are emailed to you from Colorado Box Office (noreply@coloradoboxoffice.com). If you don’t see an email, check your spam folder.
What if I can’t find my tickets?
If you can’t find your digital tickets, you can provide your name at the door for entry. If you aren’t sure you purchased tickets, you can email us at tickets@comusic.org at least 24 hours before the concert to confirm.
Where can I park?
Our building is located in a residential neighborhood, so plan to find parking along the street. We recommend leaving extra time for parking, as street parking often fills up quickly. Some visitors have appreciated having a phone light or flashlight handy for evening concerts.
Is there assigned seating?
No, seating is general admission (see a photo of the venue).
Can I show up late to the concert?
We strongly recommend that you arrive before the concert start time, allowing time for parking in the residential neighborhood in which we are located. Late arrivals will be asked to wait for a pause in the program. Staff will let you know when you may enter the hall.
Can I purchase food and drinks?
Yes. Wine, beer, and other drinks are available for purchase with cash or credit card. (Be advised that staff often do not have change for large bills.)
Can I bring my children with me?
Yes, children are welcome at all CMA Concert Series events. Be aware that even small sounds carry in our small venue. Children old enough to need their own seat require a youth ticket.
Is the venue ADA accessible?
Yes. ADA accessible parking is available in front of the building on Harrison Street. We recommend arriving early since those spaces are limited.
When do doors open?
Doors open 30 minutes prior to the concert start time. It is not recommended that you arrive earlier than 30 minutes pre-concert, as our lobby is small and seating is extremely limited.
