Denver-based ensemble Mariachi Sol de mi Tierra (“Sun of My Earth”) performs and celebrates a gorgeous and upbeat musical genre of Mexican culture, mariachi. Mariachi Sol de mi Tierra was formed by Oscar Vaca, Jesus Ramirez, Raul Romero, and Vicente Romero, and is led by Juventino Romero; the delightful and talented ensemble performs as a full 8-piece band.

This concert is being offered to our community free of charge, in recognition of the annual support we receive from SCFD (Scientific & Cultural Facilities District), which is a tax collected and distributed to nearly 300 cultural organizations in our seven-county Denver metro region. In short, SCFD funds culture, including the Center for Musical Arts. Thank you, SCFD!
