Koa String Quartet and Oros Piano Trio

The Oros Trio is a graduate piano trio at the University of Colorado, Boulder, made up of violinist Emilie Tupper, cellist Julian Bennett, and pianist Ethan Stahl. Named after the Greek word for mountain, the group has been coached by violinists Alex Gonzalez and Andrea Segar, cellist Meta Weiss, and pianist Andrew Cooperstock, and has performed in masterclasses for members of the Baumer String Quartet, the Takács Quartet, and pianist Emely Phelps. The Oros Trio recently competed as National Finalists in the 2026 MTNA Chamber Music Competition in Chicago. United by their love of collaboration and music-making, the group is committed to broadening their music horizons through expanding their repertoire and reaching new audiences.

El Cuarteto de Cuerda Koa, cuarteto residente graduado en la Universidad de Colorado en Boulder y ganador del Concurso Ekstrand 2024, aporta una expresión sincera y una precisión vibrante al escenario clásico.
