The electroKissa is based on the Listening Bar, or Jazz Kissa, which originated in Japan and has spread around the world. The focus of the electroKissa is on deep listening to well-crafted recordings of electronic music, often on vinyl, on an outstanding high-end audio system. The sound system for electroKissa features audio components assembled for LEAF by audio electronics designer Darren Myers (Parasound, PS Audio). The evening will include comfy seating, charcuterie board, and cash bar featuring Lafayette’s own Public Wine serving special selections from Field Recordings Winery. Featuring live audiovisual performances from French artist, physicist and roboticist Baudouin Saintyves, performing Water Organoids, the latest work from the Shapes of Emergence group along with opening act L’Astra Cosmo.
Saturday May 31, 7:00 pm in Founders Hall | GET TICKETS
A Colorado farewell audiovisual performance from Jason and Debora Bernagozzi (of Signal Culture), with audiovisual sets from locals Spices Peculiar, and Mark Mosher opening the evening.
