Larina Gray is an eclectic violinist who began violin studies at the age of seven and holds a bachelor’s degree in music performance from Cleveland State University. Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Performance and Pedagogy from CU Boulder, Larina enjoys both the wide range of expression found in classical violin and the joyous inclusivity of Irish fiddling. Larina’s mission is to develop and nurture each student’s joy and passion for music while giving them every tool that they need in the practice room to express themselves in performance. “The only reason for mastering technique is to make sure that the body does not prevent the soul from expressing itself.” ~Unknown
