Biography
Alex Sierra has been teaching at the Center for Musical Arts since 2002. His teaching style is traditional when it comes to piano. (Alex does not teach Suzuki.) He will use and recommend method books to develop skills and provide theory to help students understand the music. For voice, he employs proper vocal pedagogy to develop the singing voice without the risk of damage and to obtain the best possible sound.
Alex is passionate about teaching all ages. “It’s never too early or too late to develop your skills or passion for music.” Alex’s inspiration comes from a love of sharing knowledge, encouraging and inspiring students, and training them to be the best that they can be.
